1. Scope
This policy explains how Tovabit ("we", "us") handles personal data when you visit tovabit.com (the "Site") or contact us.

3. Data we process
3.1 Server and hosting logs
When you visit the Site, our hosting / content-delivery provider automatically processes technical data needed to deliver the pages and protect the Site, such as:
- IP address;
- date and time of the request;
- pages or files requested, HTTP status, referring URL;
- browser type, operating system and device information (user agent).
Purpose: to deliver the Site, maintain security, prevent abuse and diagnose errors.
Retention: logs are kept by the provider for a limited period, typically [up to 30 days] , unless needed longer to investigate a security incident.
3.2 Analytics
Choose one option and delete the other before publishing:
Option A – no analytics. We do not use analytics tools, advertising trackers or social-media pixels on the Site.

3.4 When you contact us
If you email support@tovabit.com or privacy@tovabit.com, we process your email address, name (if provided), the content of your message, and any information you choose to include (for example, device model or a screenshot). We use this only to answer you, handle your request, and keep a record of correspondence. Our email is hosted by .
Retention: we keep correspondence for up to [24 months] after the matter is closed, or longer if required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or to document that we handled a privacy request.
3.5 Links to app stores and third-party sites
The Site links to Google Play and other third-party sites. When you follow those links, the third party's privacy policy applies.
4. Legal bases (EEA / UK visitors)
- Hosting logs and security: our legitimate interests in operating a secure, functioning website (GDPR / UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Analytics: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) where the tool uses cookies or accesses your device; otherwise legitimate interests .
- Contacting us: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)), or steps you request before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)); compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)) for privacy-rights requests.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf (hosting/CDN, email, analytics ), with professional advisers where necessary, or with authorities when required by law.
6. International transfers
We are based in Israel, which the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of data protection. Our service providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. Where required, transfers rely on adequacy decisions (including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified) or Standard Contractual Clauses / the UK Addendum .
7. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS. We limit access to logs and correspondence to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). In Israel, you have rights of access and correction under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (as amended, including Amendment 13). US residents of certain states may have similar rights (see the ArrowZen privacy policy for the US state notice).
To exercise your rights, email privacy@tovabit.com. We may need to verify your request. We will respond within the time required by law (for example, one month under the GDPR, or 30 days under Israeli law ).
You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority: in Israel, the Privacy Protection Authority (https://www.gov.il/en/departments/the_privacy_protection_authority); in the EEA, your local data protection authority; in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office.
9. Children
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact privacy@tovabit.com and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date.
