No account, nothing on our servers

ArrowZen does not have user accounts and does not send your game data to us. Your progress, settings and Remove Ads status are stored only on your device. That means there is no account to delete and no game data on our servers to erase.

The only third parties that receive data from the App are Google (AdMob advertising, which uses your advertising ID, IP address, device information and ad interaction/diagnostic data) and Google Play Billing (if you buy Remove Ads). The options below cover each.

1. Delete your game data on your device

Option A – Clear the App's data (keeps the App installed):

1. Open your device Settings.
2. Go to Apps (or Apps & notifications) → ArrowZen.
3. Tap Storage & cache → Clear storage (or Clear data) → OK.

Option B – Uninstall the App:

• Long-press the ArrowZen icon and tap Uninstall, or open Google Play → ArrowZen → Uninstall.

Either option permanently deletes your progress, settings and stored consent choices from the device. This cannot be undone, because we do not keep a copy.

Note: clearing data does not cancel or remove your Remove Ads purchase. It is linked to your Google account and can be restored after reinstalling .

2. Change your ad consent choices

In ArrowZen, open Settings → Privacy options to review or withdraw your consent for personalised ads (EEA/UK/Switzerland), or to opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information for targeted ads (certain US states).

3. Reset or delete your advertising ID

Your Android advertising ID links ad activity across apps. To break the link with past ad data:

1. Open device Settings.
2. Go to Privacy → Ads or Google → Ads (wording varies by device and Android version).
3. Tap Reset advertising ID to get a new one, or Delete advertising ID to stop apps from using one (Android 12 and later).

After deletion, apps (including ArrowZen) receive a string of zeros instead of an ID, and ads are not personalised based on that ID.

4. Google's tools for ad data

• Manage ad personalisation: https://myadcenter.google.com
• Google account activity and deletion: https://myactivity.google.com
• How Google uses data from partner apps: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
• Purchases and order history: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history, or https://pay.google.com

5. Contact us for ad data and other requests

If you want help with a deletion or access request relating to data collected by Google through ArrowZen, or any other privacy request, email privacy@tovabit.com with the subject "ArrowZen data request".

Please include:

• the type of request (delete, access, opt out, other);
• your country or US state of residence;
• optionally, your advertising ID (Settings → Google → Ads) if you want us to pass it to Google with your request .

Because Tovabit does not hold identifiable data from the App, we cannot ourselves delete data held by Google. We will (a) confirm that we hold no App data about you, (b) delete any emails or records we do hold about you unless we must keep them by law (for example, tax records of a purchase), and (c) explain how to make the request to Google, or forward/support it where Google provides a channel.

We will respond within 30 days .
