Delete your data

Tovabit apps do not have accounts. There is no profile on our servers to close. This is the public path, for Google Play and for you, to remove what an app does store.

How to request deletion

    Name the app in your request. You do not need to sign in, because there is no sign-in.

    On your Android device, open Settings → Apps → the app → Storage → Clear storage. Uninstalling the app does the same thing. This deletes local progress, settings, files the app saved, and the on-device ads consent choice. We do not keep a copy.

    To stop later ad requests from using the current advertising ID, open Settings → Privacy → Ads and delete or reset the advertising ID. The menu names differ by phone.

    Email support@tovabit.com with the subject "Data deletion". Include the app name and, if you have it, the advertising ID. Say what you want removed. We do not hold an account record to erase. If the data you mean is held by Google through AdMob, we will point you to Google Ads Settings and confirm what we can and cannot delete. We respond within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • On-device app data, when you clear storage or uninstall. That includes game progress, settings, files DocLight saved, text Talko kept, and the local consent choice.
  • Email you sent us, when you ask us to delete the thread, unless we must keep it for a legal obligation.

What we do not hold

We do not hold an account, a user ID, or a cloud backup of your content on Tovabit servers.

Advertising records processed by Google stay with Google. Reset the advertising ID and visit Google Ads Settings. We cannot sign in to Google's systems and delete those records for you.

What we may keep, and for how long

If you email us, we keep the correspondence for up to 24 months after the last message, so we can show what was requested and how we answered. Then we delete it. We keep it longer only if the law requires that, or if a legal claim is open.

Our website host may keep ordinary connection logs, such as IP address and browser type, for a limited time to operate and secure the site. Those logs are not an app profile, and they are not tied to an account.
